# Anleitung:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
03 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning slices halfway through, until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
04 - Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped sauerkraut, minced shallot, garlic, chives, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
05 - Taste mixture and adjust salt and hot sauce for desired seasoning and spice level.
06 - Spread a generous spoonful of spicy sauerkraut dip onto each toasted crostini.
07 - Top with additional chopped chives or parsley and a drizzle of hot sauce, if preferred.
