# Anleitung:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F and allow to come to temperature.
02 - Slice bratwurst sausages into 1.5–2 inch pieces and arrange evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Bake the bratwurst bites for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and fully cooked.
04 - In a small saucepan, combine cream soda, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and reduced by half, about 8–10 minutes.
05 - Remove bratwurst from the oven and immediately toss pieces in the warm butterbeer glaze for an even coating.
06 - Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
07 - Insert a toothpick into each glazed bratwurst piece. Top with a small spoonful of vanilla cream foam and sprinkle with toffee bits and chopped herbs if desired.
